Sell at the till (POS)

Add items to a sale, choose how it is paid, then confirm and give a receipt.

When the trial has ended and the business is locked, new sales are blocked until renewal.

1. 1. Open Sales (POS) on your phone or computer.

2. 2. Search for the item by name, or press the camera button and scan its barcode. Tap the item to add it to the sale.

3. 3. For an item with sizes or colours, choose the size and colour first. Each combination has its own price and stock.

4. 4. Change the quantity with the + and − buttons. If you have a customer, choose them; otherwise the sale stays with a walk-in customer.

5. 5. Press payment, then choose the method (Cash, Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, Card or Credit) and the amount. For two or more payments, see O2.

6. 6. Confirm the sale. The receipt screen opens: print it, download it as PDF or an image, or send it to the customer.
