BCC guides

Joining

• Start the free 15-day trial

Open your account, confirm your email and start the free 15-day trial, with no bank card.

• Choose the plan that fits your shop

Compare the three plans, see what each includes, then choose how long you pay for.

• Finish setting up your business

After you sign up, finish the setup checklist on the dashboard: business type, contact details, first product, first customer and first sale.

• Add your products, prices and first stock

Add your products, their prices, the opening stock, and, if your shop keeps a store room, where it is kept.

• Invite staff and join a business

The owner invites a staff member with an invitation link. The staff member joins with the link or a token.

• Put BCC on your phone's home screen

Open BCC by tapping an icon on your phone, like any other app. This uses the browser's Add to Home Screen.

• Sign in, or reset your password

Sign in to your account, or reset your password if you have forgotten it.

Using BCC every day

• Sell at the till (POS)

Add items to a sale, choose how it is paid, then confirm and give a receipt.

• Discounts, split payments and receipts

Give a discount on an item (if you are allowed), split a payment across more than one method, then send the receipt.

• Returns of items

Take back items that were sold, or exchange them for others, starting from the original sale.

• Receive a delivery and correct the note

Record a delivery from a supplier, and correct the note if a quantity or a cost was wrong.

• Store room and shop floor: move and request

Move items from the store room to the shop floor, ask the store to issue stock, and move stock between branches.

• Stocktake and running-low stock

Count stock for a branch or a section, correct the differences, and know which items are running low.

• Close the till and the day

Open the till with starting cash at the beginning of your shift; at the end count and close it, then close the whole day.
